Burger With Caramelized Onions And Mushrooms: Juicy beef burgers w/ homemade sauce topped with sautéed mushrooms and caramelized onions. Perfect for dinner!
Burger With Caramelized Onions And Mushrooms
So the other night my husband and I were laying in bed watching TV. I got closer and whispered seductively in his ear: “Can you tell me what would be your ultimate burger?” He looked a bit surprised since he didn’t expect that question and answered candidly “definitely caramelized onions, swiss cheese and sautéed mushrooms” So as you can see, I delivered! These bad boys have a delicious and tangy homemade sauce and all the fixings.
This Burger With Caramelized Onions And Mushrooms has tons of different flavors and textures going on. It’s sweet, savory, creamy and tangy all in one bite. If you only eat burgers on rare occasions, this is it. Celebrate a BBQ or your 4th of July with this easy to make and delicious concoction.
All the flavors compliment each other very nicely. The meat is tender and super juicy. The trick is to turn it only once and not to pat it down while cooking. I also let it rest for a minute or 2 after it cooks. This lets the natural juices re-distribute and stay inside the beef. It would be shame to make the sauce, sauté the onions and mushrooms and have the meat turn out dry.
You can make this Burger With Caramelized Onions And Mushrooms indoors or outdoors. This one particularly I made on my stove, but if you’re hosting a BBQ simply throw them on the grill and have all the fixings outside and let people either build their own burger or create an assembly line. Easy, peasy!
I hope you can try this delicious and juicy Burger With Caramelized Onions And Mushrooms at home. If you do, please upload a pic on Instagram and tag me @Livingsweetmoments or use the hashtag #LivingSweet. I promise to repost it.
