2 Ingredient Dulce de Leche Ice Cream
Oh man! my bikini body ain’t gonna be ready if I keep eating my own concoctions. This amazing Dulce de Leche Ice Cream is creamy, flavorful, and delicious with huge chunks of dulce de leche in each and every bite.
This Dulce de Leche Ice Cream is definitely one of those desserts that you will keep coming back again and again. Only 2 simple ingredients are all it takes to make it.
If you’ve been following me for a long time, you may have noticed that I’m kind of a Dulce de Leche freak, it was no surprise that an ice cream was coming sooner or later.
On my first try, it tasted good but not enough dulce de leche. In my second try, I paired with chocolate and unfortunately, the chocolate overpowered my poor dulce de leche. Finally, it hit me! Using huge chunks of dulce de leche not entirely incorporated in the cream made this dessert a winner.

Everyone eats their ice cream very differently. I love eating mine right out of the container by the spoonful. My daughters love it in a waffle cone, even though is messy and drippy, they wouldn’t have it any other way. My husband doesn’t really have a preference, as long as it gets inside his belly.

Hello! I tried your dulce de leche ice cream with only two ingredients but the texture of the ice cream was not so creamy.
I beat the heavy cream until creamy and It was creamy but when I added dulce de leche and continued beating it became like a spongy consistency….
How can I make it better?
If I see your pictures it seems so creamy.
Thank you.
