Power up your morning with this delicious and nutritious Acai Bowl loaded with berries, dragonfruit, and pistachios. This bowl is a masterpiece in itself. A kaleidoscope of beautiful colors that even kids will want to eat.

A tasty bowl of acai in the morning and I promise you won’t be hungry until dinnertime. I honestly could have this for lunch and dinner as well.

Ingredients

For Smoothie Bowl

  • 2 in unsweetened frozen Acai puree packs found the frozen section of your supermarket
  • 1 1/2 cups Cacique Yogurt Smoothies in Strawberry Banana flavor 2 bottles
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 pulp of dragonfruit

For Topping

  • Chopped Berries optional
  • Dragonfruit optional
  • Acai Berries dried, optional
  • Nuts optional
US Customary - Metric

Instructions

  • For Smoothie Bowl
  • Place all the ingredients in the blender and puree on high speed
  • Pour into bowls and top with fruit and nuts.
