Delicious Spiced Gluten-Free Muffin Recipe
I love anything Pumpkin! It’s my favorite time of year to make delicious desserts and breakfast items. And these Delicious Spiced Gluten Free Muffins will not disappoint. You can’t even tell they are gluten-free and everybody in the family can enjoy it.
They are also so simple to make and the ingredients can be easily found in the Supermarket. No need to rush over to the specialty food store. I love the smell of my house while they are baking. Everybody at home patiently waits for them to come out of the oven!
For the Spiced Gluten Free Muffin Recipe you will need:

Heat oven to 400°F. Place paper baking cups into 12-cup muffin pan cups or grease cups. Set aside.
Combine all ingredients except butter, pumpkin, buttermilk, and eggs in a bowl.
Combine all remaining ingredients in another bowl. Stir into flour blend mixture just until moistened.
Spoon batter into the prepared muffin pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool for 5 minutes; remove from pan.

See? easy. You can make the batter in advance the night before and bake the next day. I love to spread a little jam and butter on top of mine and they out absolutely divine. I always insert one inside my girl’s lunch boxes and they love it.

- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- ½ butter melted
- ½ cup mashed cooked pumpkin
- 1/3 buttermilk
- 2 eggs slightly beaten
