Easy Ingredient Shortcuts
Want to save even more time? Buy pre-cut broccoli florets and thinly sliced beef. Dinner gets even faster.
Use fresh noodles, ramen noodles, lo mein noodles, spaghetti, or whatever you have in the pantry.
Vegetable Swaps
Not a fan of broccoli? No worries. Swap in carrots, onions, bell peppers, snap peas, mushrooms, cauliflower, or whatever vegetables need using up.
This recipe is flexible, forgiving, and perfect for cleaning out the fridge.

Better Than Rice?
A lot of beef and broccoli dishes are served with rice, but noodles make this version extra cozy. They catch every drop of sauce and turn a classic stir fry into full comfort food.
